Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure our message is consistent and aligned with the values of AlphaTech Innovations. This role offers the opportunity to drive creative campaigns and analyze our social media performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across all platforms, including text, images, and video.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a tonality that aligns with our brand voice.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using established metrics and social media management tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and technology, making recommendations for updates and changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and ensure ROI.
- Organize and participate in events to promote our brand through social media.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager position will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
